A specialist acquirer of UK SMEs, committed to long-term operational stewardship and growth.
Continuity over change.
We acquire and operate established UK businesses, and we hold what we buy.
Our aim is not to restructure or strip: it is to preserve the reputation, team, and customer relationships an owner has built, and to strengthen them over time.
We work alongside a small group of committed partners. Unlike private equity or large consolidator businesses, this gives us the chance to continue an owner's legacy.
Successful, well-run specialist businesses with durable customer relationships.
We look for owner-led businesses across the UK, with loyal customers, recurring or contracted revenue, established reputations in their local or regional market, and a team capable of continuing to operate under new ownership. We are most drawn to situations where an owner is considering succession or retirement and wants the business they have built to be continued, not taken apart.
We acquire and operate. Growth comes from scale that matters to customers, not from cuts.
Where we pursue future acquisitions, we would do so for the scale advantages that matter to customers — broader service coverage, stronger delivery, and a wider base from which to invest in people — not for headcount reduction. Our operating philosophy is continuity.
